Behavior Analyst & Neurodiversity Advocate
About Wendy
As a dedicated professional, I specialize in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), providing evidence-based solutions for individuals with behavioral support needs. I’ve worked extensively with adults in residential treatment settings, crafting personalized behavior plans and guiding caregivers to ensure effective and compassionate support.
My advocacy extends beyond professional work. As an Autistic advocate, I’ve spent decades championing neurodivergent voices and helping families navigate the complexities of support systems. As an AASECT member and LGBTQ+ ally, I’m passionate about providing inclusive sexuality education and counseling. I believe that understanding and supporting all aspects of an individual’s identity is crucial for their overall well-being and personal growth.
"Collaboration is at the heart of what I do. Partnering with caregivers, organizations, and state agencies, I strive to build inclusive systems that respect individuality while addressing each person’s unique needs."
